Day 168 - Kalalau Valley

The Kalalau Valley is on the north shore of Kauai, and marks the beginning of the Na Pali Coast area.  This valley is the most amazing place I have ever looked down upon.  You just can't believe the size of it even when you see it in person.  Can you see the power boat down in the surf?  That might give you a bit of an idea of the scope of what you're looking at.  At one point while we were there, a helicopter flew in down near the bottom and we could just barely see it.
