I was on the way to work this morning and it was foggy all the way. The closer I got to work the more I kept seeing these potential pictures--Mostly of streetlamp-lit parking lots. Their lights were casting a conical glow on the ground below and giving it a surreal kind of look.
But I didn't have time to stop.
The more "opportunities" I passed, the worse it got. Finally, I said, "screw it" and pulled over in a parking lot lit by orange lights and snapped a few. Yeah, I was late for work--Big deal--I stayed over quitting time just enough to counter it.
Isn't it funny how fog can totally transform an ordinary setting?
