Day 92 - Wall Art

I found this on a wall outside the Kent Police Department today.  I guess it's a combination police station/city hall actually, but that doesn't matter.  Like many "public" buildings, there are several pieces of commissioned art scattered around.  I snapped a few of everything, and this one stood out to me in the end.  After I turned it into a black & white that is.

I didn't crop it, patch it, or anything else.  After I made it black & white and upped the contrast a bit I just resized it.  That's it.
